I had the pleasure of working with Greg. His customer service is top notch. I was considering 3 other mortgage lenders. I appreciated his honesty. He was always available day or night. He checked in on me and when I was discouraged about losing a home or two, he cheered me up. I like the company so much based on Greg that I had my mom contact Rocket Mortgage about her refinance. They could not ...I had the pleasure of working with Greg. His customer service is top notch. I was considering 3 other mortgage lenders. I appreciated his honesty. I do like that they will service my loan the whole time. This company has the best reviews for years which I value; after working with Greg, I can definitely see why. I told him that no matter what the purchase price is, I wanted to stay in a certain range. Unlike the other lenders who told me it was not possible, he evaluated other loan options to fit what I wanted. He listened and proved that he had my best interests in mind. Chuck was very knowledgable of the financing available for me, and acted immediately to get me the pre-approval letter I needed to move right away on the home purchase I've been planning for years. Being a disabled veteran, I didn't want to sell my current home before buying a new home 2000 miles away. I felt stuck & unable to get the purchase/move underway.
