When i first received a call from Mr. Dittoe, I was very skeptical. I had just come off of a failed attempt to refinance my home with Loan Depot. Their first contact sounded a lot like Pat Dittoe's opening statement. I explained to Pat what had happened and that the other lender could not overcome the problems. Pat immediately explained the process to me and also went into detail as how they ...When i first received a call from Mr. Dittoe, I was very skeptical. I explained to Pat what had happened and that the other lender could not overcome the problems. Pat immediately explained the process to me and also went into detail as how they would overcome the problems. He also told me that VA loan would be a very long process. It really was but Pat and his team were with me the entire way. I am not very computer literate and when I was sent a form that I couldn't find in my Rocket Mortgage I would call and a team member would walk me through the process step by step until I found their forms. It turned out that it was easier for me to have them email me the forms then my trying to navigate Rocket Mortgage. Pat was always reachable by phone via his direct line. He was understanding, patient and easy to talk to. He would always answer my concerns and there were a lot of them as the process went along. If you was not available I would leave a detailed message and a team member would contact me that day or email me the very next day with an answer. Pat is a man of his word. He delivered and I got the loan. Whoever applies for a loan from Rocket Mortgage should ask if they could be with Pat Dittoe's team. It would be the best move they could ever make.
