Jeremy was great! He explained everything to me in terms I could understand, he was very patient with me as I was an emotional wreck due to going through a divorce. He also always got back with me in a very timely manner every time I reached out to him.

It was a pleasure working with Thomas on my refinance. My process was very smooth and super fast. He was able to review my concerns and provide me with the best option. Overall process was 15 days and now I have the best company servicing my loan. Thank you Tom for being so patient and understanding.

Natalie is prompt, patient, courteous, and professional. She is also an active listener with great ideas and suggestions. I will highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or refinance a loan. Her positive attitude and good humor are uplifting. I'm grateful that she is the one who first picked up the phone. She is a positive asset to Rocket Mortgage! Thank you, Natalie.

Rob gave me great advice on each issue & they were resolved quickly. This was not my first mortgage, but rather it was #5. It went the smoothest & fastest out of all. Rob was the first person I dealt with & he was with me the entire time. I hit a couple of bumps along the way due to things on my end. Rob gave me great advice on each issue & they were resolved quickly. This was not my first mortgage, but rather it was #5. It went the smoothest & fastest out of all. It took from April 7 or 8th until May 23 to actually move into my new house. My first house took almost 5 months due to stalling on the mortgage lenders part. I highly recommend using Rocket Mortgage & in particular, Rob Turnquist for your mortgage needs. The entire team is great & I would call him again in a heartbeat. Thank you Rob for getting me into my dream home.Read MoreRead Less
