Bill has been beyond amazing to me. He's available at all times of the day and if there has ever been a problem or any questions about ANYTHING, he's right there helping out in any way he can. He's also very knowledgeable on the whole process and is really able to give you confidence if you're feeling nervous. He's also gotten in contact with my real estate agent to streamline a lot of documents ...Bill has been beyond amazing to me.
