He made us feel so comfortable we felt a bit sad when we had to work with other specialists (all of whom ended up being just as awesome) because we were so comfortable with him. He made this stressful home buying experience totally enjoyable and made us feel like we were being helped by a friend. His customer service is simply exceptional. I wish him the best of luck and thank him from the bottom of my heart for making this experience feel so special to us, you made us feel like we were your top priority at all times. I will recommend you to anyone and everyone I know!

Kaitlyn is excellent to work with. We just closed on our house today and she made the process so much less painful. She walked us through all of our options and even made herself available after her work hours to just to assist us. I would highly recommend her, you will not be disappointed.

The communications with Rocket Mortgage was great. Their secure portal made it easy to transmit documents back and forth. Josh was always quick to respond to any questions. He guided us through the process and found ways to get around all obstacles that came up. Thanks!
