I called Rocket Mortgage after receiving a Mortgage offer from another company. Despite such a shot closing period that would have put them up against a wall Avis and his team were able to provide me with multiple options while focusing on the parts of current loan offer that I was unsure about. I did not go with Rocket Mortgage but my experience was good enough that I would recommend Avis and ...I called Rocket Mortgage after receiving a Mortgage offer from another company. Eman is the primary reason that I went with Rocket Mortgage. I had spoken to several brokers, even the bank that was carrying my home loan. None of them answered my questions or showed nearly the enthusiasm and professionalism that Eman showed. By the time that I hung the phone up she had made me feel like that I had just met her in person. Great personality, sound knowledge and extremely helpful....Eman is the primary reason that I went with Rocket Mortgage. I had spoken to several brokers, even the bank that was carrying my home loan.
