This was our first loan with Rocket Mortgage. We have had our mortgage with BOA and our checking and savings account with them for 20 years. We went to BOA to re-fi, and 5 months later, they were STILL asking for ridiculous paperwork, e.g. a copy of our HOA insurance policy?! I told them I wasn't sending one more piece of paper, and they could stick their re-fi. I got online, started filling out ...This was our first loan with Rocket Mortgage. It's very easy to find someone who gets complacent because they advise home buyers every day.
