I was wanting to refinance my home for a couple years now, but was afraid of the process. I figured I would get some info online. Then my phone rang - oh no - I thought. A big gulp and I answered it. I am so glad I did. Chad is awesome. He asked what I was looking to do, and the next thing I knew, he was making it happen. A few questions answered. Ashley is absolutely amazing! My husband and I were so happy that she was our loan person! We were sad when we decided to move to a different state than originally planned so she was unable to see us through to the end (at no fault of hers!) I would recommend her to ANYONE! love love love her! She made the process SO easy and treated my husband and I like people not just "customers"!
