My husband and I were in search of a home loan to have a pool built in our new home in Phoenix. We had seen lots of commercials for Rocket Mortgage so we decided to give it a shot . Working with Rocket Mortgage was a great decision. Ember was the icing on the cake. I refinanced 2 years after purchasing my home with First Liberty under a FHA loan that had an extreme PMI for the life of the loan. Ember advised me that I was qualified to have my FHA converted to a conventional loan. Ember was so pleasant to work with and explained the process step by step. I refinanced 2 years after purchasing my home with First Liberty under a FHA loan that had an extreme PMI for the life of the loan. Ember advised me that I was qualified to have my FHA converted to a conventional loan. Ember was so pleasant to work with and explained the process step by step. Not only did my monthly payment go down considerably so did the PMI. Now I have considerably more of my monthly payment going towards principal and interest instead of the PMI racket.

Ember is very organized and detail oriented. She has the best interpersonal skills of any loan officer that I have ever worked with. Ember and the Rocket Mortgage team made me feel comfortable with my decision to refinance. I am closing next week and I can't believe they are actually coming to my home to complete the closing instead of me having to drive to another location. I really believe Rocket Mortgage is the ultimate in customer service. I would definitely recommend any of my friends and family to refinance with Rocket Mortgage. If you are lucky enough to get Ember as your loan officer, you will be very pleased.
