Ernesto was very polite and patient-despite our slight impatience! Ernesto was excellent in helping us get all the docs delivered in the most "efficient manner".He was very informative of the whole mortgage process and was not the least bit pushy!! "Hats off to Ernesto" great job in customer service. I would highly recommend Ernesto to other future clients.

Working with Joe has been the best part of buying our home. He has been there to explain and assist with every step of the process and to make sure we were able to close as quickly as possible. I refer anyone I know looking to buy directly to Joe. Rocket Mortgage is a better company because of Joe Murado!

Omar made refinancing very easy and stress free. If I had known how easy this was going to be I would have done this years sooner.

We called One Reverse Mortgage because our home loan was with Rocket Mortgage and we always had great experience with them. We feel so fortunate that Chris is the person who was assigned to us. He was very knowledgeable and explained the process in a way that we could understand. He put our minds at ease that this was the correct path for us. During the approval and administration process Chris kept us informed and was always quick to answer questions we had. Even when there wasn't anything new to report Chris would call just to let us know what was going on. He made is easy for us. We will always highly recommend One Reverse Mortgage and in particular Chris Zajak to anyone we can.
