Alex Makki was so thorough and conscientious throughout the loan process. He patiently answered all our questions, kept us informed of the progress of the loan and the necessary steps and information needed to close the loan. Outstanding communication and efficiency from start to finish. Alex made this the easiest and best refi we have had over the years, which this was our fifth!

The last time we attempted to refinance a few years ago, the other company was not helpful at all & we ended up abandoning the process because there were too many unknowns & too many unanswered questions (and just a general "bad feeling"). They definitely didn't walk us through signing everything either. I highly recommend working with Alex. Isaac was a welcomed change. Our bank lied to us and we discovered this in the hours before signing the agreement for the home. I called Rocket Mortgage in desperation to find the solution to our problems. Isaac took charge of the situation and worked closely with us and our realtor to find the proper mortgage plan and get us our home.
