Avis was one of the first to respond to me when I became interested in Rocket Mortgage. He was very polite and very interested in my desires. He never once made me feel like an imposition for all of my questions since I was a first home buyer. He worked well with what I wanted and is a huge reason for why I have my dream home today.

I can't say enough about how wonderful it has been to work with refinancing our home with Cass from Rocket Mortgage. I explained our new financial situation and why I wanted to reduce the years and interest rate on our current mortgage if possible. Cass not only understand but made it happen! Thank you again for hiring an outstanding employee like Cass!

Aliyah is a hard working young woman who showed that she would do whatever it took to earn my business. I really appreciated the personal focus and concern that she provided throughout the process of putting my loan together.
