We explained early on that we were soon to sign contracts and begin the renovations and if there were any delays, we would lose some of the subcontractors for an unspecified period. Nate responded by making sure he was available no matter what day we called and took a personal approach into making sure we could meet our timeline. We closed one week before the deadlines although we had to finance the project out of pocket for two weeks to hold the one contractor on site. You could not get this level of service from a bank.
