Gina is the BEST!! I instantly connected with her on the phone. She felt like a long lost friend and truthfully, I’m sad not being able to talk to her so much. Not only was she personable, she was so professional with each and every part of our process. She was caring and compassionate and incredibly helpful. Every conversation was perfect and she actually made this process so much more exciting ...Gina is the BEST!! I instantly connected with her on the phone. Gina is for sure a true asset to Rocket Mortgage!! (Now can you transfer her to Florida so we can be friends in real life?? LOL).Read MoreRead Less

Gina was absolutely fantastic! She called and answered emails during off business hours to make sure you were taken care of. She is also willing to listen to any issues you had and truly cares about getting you qualified and the best rate for your loan. She answered all kinds of questions and if she didn’t know it would get you the answer. I think she represents the overall experience with Rocket ...Gina was absolutely fantastic! I have worked with Francisco on two loans. Each time his communication was clear, timely, and proactive throughout the entire process. He explained every step in a way that made the transaction feel smooth and stress‑free, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything stayed on track. His commitment to great service made a real difference. I would gladly work with Francisco again.
