However, Tracy Miller is a real asset to Rocket Mortgage. He is very knowledgeable, patient, accessible, friendly, and very customer centric. If I asked him a question, he would research it for me or put me in contact with people that could address my concern.

This is our third purchase/refinance we've done with Rocket Mortgage. Once again they made it so easy to complete the paperwork. Daniel was great and was more than happy to answer all questions we had. With the great rates and excellent customer service, i'm not sure why anyone would go anywhere else for a home loan or refi.
