The immediate response and ongoing responsiveness and follow through ---as we worked on several offers along the way---was exceptional. With Michael as my loan officer and with his supporting specialist and team, it is one of the best customer service experiences I've ever known. We all worked together seamlessly to put my package in place and throughout the process of finalizing for close. I consider Michael and his team at Rocket Mortgage to be the best in the business. My experience with Rocket Mortgage has been very satisfying. Purchasing a home in today's economy is like running a marathon, however Dan and his team of expert people made it worthwhile. I would recommend anyone's next home purchase to go through Rocket Mortgage and ask for Dan Pochamera. You will be treated right. Thanks again Dan and your team.
