First of all I'm glad I gave Rocket Mortgage a try. I tried to refinance with the institution I used when I initially purchased the home. Five months after beginning the refinance process I was still receiving requests for documents I had already submitted. I contacted Rocket Mortgage and within two weeks we were closing. In fact, after closing with Rocket Mortgage, we were still receiving calls...First of all I'm glad I gave Rocket Mortgage a try. In fact, after closing with Rocket Mortgage, we were still receiving calls from the other institution requesting documents. Three months later due to family circumstances I needed to refinance again. I was expecting difficulties but Jill Patel was friendly and very helpful.
