My time with JD was a completely positive experience. JD was there for me whenever I needed him, he was able to answer any question I had expertly, and efficiently. I can say the same thing about everyone I dealt with at Rocket Mortgage, however what separates JD from everyone else is his positive enthusiasm. Not one time while talking to JD did I feel like I was talking to someone who was just doing their job, rather it felt like I was talking to a friend who was helping me out with a subject matter he was an expert at. Im on social security disability and need to have my mortgage refinanced so i can stay in my home, or ill have to sell. I love my house, i have 2 different lung diseases. She has worked and reworked the loan different ways to help me. I pay my bills every month and live on hardly any money. This refinanced loan, i hope will go thru, she has fought for me.
