Gino Russo was refereed to us from a previous customer of his who spoke highly of him. We were not disappointed. Gino was extremely professional, knowledgeable and of great importance t us-patient. Michael helped keep me at ease with moving forward with the closing of my refinance. If it had not been for him getting involved with the final numbers for my mortgage closing I would never have proceeded with the close. The closing department did not work with me on the issue I had with all the fees and Michael did work through and thoroughly explained everything to me; I believe the loan office...Michael helped keep me at ease with moving forward with the closing of my refinance.
