When I first interacted with Crystal, I could tell it was going to be a different experience. She was super responsive, courteous, helpful and added a little humor to some of my questions. I had plenty of them, some good, some pretty obvious, but through it all she was amazing.

In a world where customer service is certainly not like it used to be, she is a special representative to work with. ...When I first interacted with Crystal, I could tell it was going to be a different experience. In a world where customer service is certainly not like it used to be, she is a special representative to work with. To say she went above and beyond my expectations would be a gross understatement, but it’s about the best I can do putting it into words. You should be proud to have her on your team, we were thrilled to work with her. Read MoreRead Less

If you are looking to purchase a new home Tom is the guy you want working on your loan. Every time I had a question or needed an update Tom got back to me within about an hours time. There really isn't much more you could ask for when going through a home purchase. I will certainly use Tom for future transactions.

My experience with Rocket Mortgage was amazingly easy and quick to do. I love the online service and how fast they closed and the representative also made it easy to get information and made suggestions on what was best for my husband and I to do in order to pay down my mortgage quicker. He was polite, clear, informed and courteous. I recommend anyone to refinance with Rocket Mortgage.

My experience with Kent was great! As an agent finding the right lender to help my clients is key in home purchasing process. My client actually introduced me to Kent and I was so pleased with his service I started referring my other clients to him. I would recommend Kent to any buyer.

Oh goodness!! Mack and the Rocket Mortgage team were PHENOMENAL to work with. Mack was always highly professional and checked in with me regularly. He helped me to stay on top of the home loan process. Even my realtor commented that Mack is the best loan officer he's worked! The loan process was made easy with Rocket Mortgage and I would highly recommend Rocket Mortgage! I am thoroughly pleased.
