Renee was the best. My go to person while re financing. If I have questions she would call E-Mail me in less than 24 hours. Rocket Mortgage have a very valuable employee. I hope they relaize that. I have a friend that is refinancing and unfortunately she had a bad experience and told me she thought she was dealing with crack heads. Vlora was amazing! When our current bank that had our construction loan tried to triple our closing costs we knew we had to look elsewhere. We were so pleased with the service from Vlora and how quickly she answered all of our questions. The closing was done at our house on our schedule which is unheard of. The whole process from start to finish was less than 30 days because we were quick to gather information. If you can input things quickly, answer questions and phone calls and be accommodating to appraisers and closing officers this is the best company to work with.
