I can tell you that I've never encountered a more intelligent, accommodating, empathetic and knowledgeable loan officer/banker. She was attentive to every detail even when she handed the loan package over for further work. Jill is definite an asset to your organization. She is not only concerned about getting business but more so about making it right for the customer. Again, I must say that is something I've never encountered in this setting.
