Scott was excellent. I was originally having trouble with the RocketMortgage app and I called in on a SATURDAY for help. After a very frustrating experience of calling in two other times to speak with two other people who came to two separate conclusions but the same result, that I would have to wait until Monday for a different department. After a very frustrating experience of calling in two other times to speak with two other people who came to two separate conclusions but the same result, that I would have to wait until Monday for a different department. Scott was a breath of fresh air. He listened intently, said that in fact the last two were correct about waiting until monday, but then offered to help me the old fashioned way.
TLDR - He was more than happy to help me get a preapproval over the phone on a Saturday!
