Matt was awesome to deal with. He walked me through the entire process on the first call, and was available every single time I reached out to him needing help. I would highly recommend Matt if you are looking to refinance your house.

My experience with Gordon has been great. I wish all my business dealings were as pleasurable. Through out the refinancing process he was always available and very prompt in returning phone calls. I never felt that I was being forced or guided to do business with Rocket Mortgage, I was just consistently given facts and options to see what worked out best for my family.

Alan, Thank you for all your help with my refinance. You understood my time constraint and personal situation and was able to help in all aspects. The whole process was painless and I closed in just over 2 weeks. I would highly recommend Alan to everyone - he was a pure joy to work with.

Please allow me to express how pleasant Tim and his team made our home purchase. This endeavor was entered with much trepidation, but working with Tim made the entire process very enjoyable. Although we have never met in person, his responsiveness to questions, or the providing of additional information was always prompt and in most cases more so than if I was working with a local banker. I had a great experience with Rocket Mortgage. Matt is part of a winning team. Home loans can be a nightmare, I know because I used to be a loan officer myself. My loan processed and continued forward momentum quickly, pleasantly, and with no stress. Kudos to you Matt. I wish to thank you and your team.

I have had the pleasure of working with Kent on several deals. On each and every deal his professionalism and expertise shine through. There hasn't been a client we've worked with together that hasn't been able to close on their home. I highly recommend Kent to anyone looking to buy or refinance. You will be in good hands!
