I could not be happier with Rocket Mortgage and it is because of associates like Harrison. He was extremely responsive, professional and detail oriented in addition to being warm and genuine. The amount of time it took to process a loan was incredible and allows me to expand operations and invest in the surrounding area. I will recommend friends, family and clients contact him.

I got a call from Danielle during a cat show where my Sphynx was being judged. The last thing on my mind was a refinance on my home! She was patient and had a wonderful attitude during the show and we eventually decided to refinance our loan. Danielle is a excellent ambassador for Rocket Mortgage and highly recommend her for a promotion!!

Kendale has been amazing! He's very professional and quick to respond to all question. Unlike most Kendale answers questions before you ask them and has made my process very simple so far.

Hass was very helpful and patient with his explanations. He explained everything and I made him repeat several things because I was taking notes and even then he patiently explained to me, again, what he had just said. Very pleasant individual. Thanks so much!Read MoreRead Less

Kyle your awesome. Kyle was my first contact at Rocket Mortgage for a re-fi that recently closed. I was kind of skeptical about doing a re-finance online but from that initial contact with Kyle I felt very comfortable and at ease about the process. I can't give enough kudos to Kyle and his team at Rocket Mortgage. Everybody was extremely helpful and very accessible from the start. Thank You Kyle.

It was a true pleasure getting to work with you! This was my first time having a client that had used Rocket Mortgage and was not so sure how the process would unfold but you answered all my questions and concerns and kept me updated on everything ,the overall process went smoother then any other and I am very thankful for that.
