Tom is very friendly and is the definition of a home loan expert. He exhausted every option to make sure I received the best mortgage program that made sense and accomplished my goals. He always lets me know about everything that's going on so I know there wont be any surprises.

Thank you for all of your help Tom!

Working with Dan made this process so much easier. He quickly answered any question I had and was very patient with me (which is saying a lot since it was stressful and I had a lot of questions). I would definitely recommend him and Rocket Mortgage. Moreover, Dan always made the situation personal - it didn't feel like I was talking to a banker but to a friend. It was a pleasure working with Joe. He was very knowledgeable and helpful both to our client and to me. He was prompt to return phone calls and my client was satisfied and trusting when it came to the lending process. We were sorry when they switched to the specialist. Joe is great.

Excellent, very helpful and patient. And he has a sense of humor. Things that are important to me in addition to knowing what to do...
