Brandon helped with my refinance. The process was the easiest and fastest of all my previous refinances with other companies over the last 25 years. Using the Rocket Mortgage portal made it a lot easier to monitor the status and keep the required documentation flowing. Also being an existing Schwab account owner made the process easier.

Thomas Abraham was awesome!! My husband, Rick had the most interaction with Thomas, and every time he got off the phone with him, he only had wonderful things to say. He talked and walked us through every step of the process, and, most importantly, kept my husband calm. There were times when the "powers that be" kept asking for documentation we had already taken care of, and Thomas explained it ...Thomas Abraham was awesome!! My husband, Rick had the most interaction with Thomas, and every time he got off the phone with him, he only had wonderful things to say.
