I have never been through such a painless process in financing my home. Oscar was straightforward, answered all of my questions and possible scenarios to lock me in at the best rate anywhere. Only document that I needed to upload was my house insurance. All other forms were either automtically uploaded to Rocket Mortgage or I electronically signed.
