Our experience with Brian and his team was very easy compared to other refinances we have done. Required documentation was minimal and easily accomplished through the Rocket Mortgage website. We worked with about six different people throughout the process and all were professional and quick to respond.

I have been trying for a year to get a bank to help me refinance to consolidate all my debt into one payment but because I was a one income family - no one would help me. Than I kept seeing the commercial for Rocket Mortgage and I figured I had nothing to lose so I called - Richard answered and I explained to him my ...Richard and his team did for me what no one else was able to do.....help me.
