What a breath of fresh air Robert is!! He is beyond professional, extremely knowledgeable, and just a real pleasure to work with. He answered all of my questions thoroughly which I really appreciate. I am very glad that I found Scott in my search for a mortgage on my new purchase. I had some issues that he resolved where other lenders could/would not. For example I was looking for a mortgage , for a condo, under 50K. A lot of lenders have minimums. Scot was knowledgeable, very responsive, and pleasant.
