Aren't getting loans supposed to be hard? Well, not if you use Manar Hilo. She made it go so fast and easy that we were absolutely shocked. Her service was so quick and personal that I felt like we were her only clients, which I am sure we weren't. The whole Rocket Mortgage process was great too and they even use humor. I love that the website has a section called "Legal Mombo Jumbo."

Joe Spicuzza of Rocket Mortgage (through Charles Schwab) refinanced our FHA mortgage to a lower monthly payment without PMI. He is by far one of the most helpful, accommodating loan officers I have ever worked with. I had a choice of Institutions to refinance our home. After contacting four of such, I choose Rocket Mortgage and contacted Ron McRae. The initial process was speedy, but so much documentation was required, the process slowed towards the end. Ron always kept us informed as the loan proceeded along. After closing, I was told this loan closed in record breaking time, as it took others longer. I...I had a choice of Institutions to refinance our home.
