I talked to Chris on my first encounter with Rocket Mortgage. He was knowledgeable and took all the time to answer all my questions. He kept me regularly updated on all progress of the refinancing process. Everything I needed to provide was immediately disclosed and he never called back to ask for anything else. He was well organized and made for a quick and painless refinance.
