Chris is knowledgeable, courteous, promptly follows up on requests. I have nothing but good things to say about him. I had so many questions(this being my first time with Rocket Mortgage) and he took all the time I needed to make sure I was comfortable with the process. I would recommend Chris Chang for any position if I owed a company. He is a real asset to yours.
