Sarah was very friendly and helpful through the process of refinancing my home. She took the time to find the best options for me and my situation. I found her to be very knowledgeable. She was happy to guide me through the process of refinancing and helped me to understand each step. I feel that Sarah went above and beyond to make my experiance with Rocket Mortgage a positive one.

David was amazing to work with. Relocation is very stressful and I had a very short window to find a permanent residence. David was reassuring, honest, and treated my situation with urgency. I always knew what what was going on and what was expected. When my account was handed off to the next phase, David ensured I knew I was in good hands. David is an exceptional professional!

Matt was really helpful and ready to do what ever it would take to help me through my refinance. There were a couple of times that I got anxious and he was calm and very reassuring. He got me calmed down and went to work to make sure that he was doing everything he could to make it right for me. He is a great guy and I would hardily recommend him and Rocket Mortgage to anyone.

In all honesty i'm still in mild schock that this experience went so smoothly. From start to finish i was kind of surprised that nothing went wrong. Everyone i spoke to, particuarly ron mccrae and kyle lambrix were professional and spot on . Thank u for making this happen . I won't hesitate to use Rocket Mortgage again or refer u to friends and customers. Thank, frank

Gordon and his fellow employees at Rocket Mortgage were some of the most communicative folks I have ever had the pleasure to work with. They were constantly in touch with us during what turned out to be a slightly difficult refi. If not for them, my wife and I would have given up.
