Steve was always extremely responsive no matter how I contacted him-- phone, email or via the website. he followed up on issues and always seemed familiar with my case. I was worried I was going to feel like I was talking to a robot but it was a pleasant surprise to know I had a dedicated, attentive, and knowledgeable person on my side to shepherd me through the process.
