Mike was fantastic! I called on March 8th just to get some general information and see if I qualified for the loan amount I wanted. Next thing I know the ball is rolling and things start going forward . I closed on March 24th and will receive my funds on March 29th. Mike is very knowledgeable, friendly, and very pleasant to deal with. He responded back quickly whenever I reached out to him! Every ...Mike was fantastic! Been in my home for a year thanks to Louis. I told my him my situation a year ago and he said he'd get me into a house. I nearly fell out of my chair. But here I am, with a good rate and a current mortgage. This is no 2005 and Louis is no evil banker. He was great to deal with!

My Fiance and I just recently purchased our first home and working with Cory at Rocket Mortgage was the ideal experience anyone can hope for. We were worried prior to making the decision of buying a home that the process will be very cumbersome as stated by our friends, however Cory made it a breeze for us. We were worried prior to making the decision of buying a home that the process will be very cumbersome as stated by our friends, however Cory made it a breeze for us. Like to mention that we called Cory on a Sunday afternoon when we looked at a house while visiting family and within 30 minutes we had a pre approval letter emailed to us because of which we were able to give the seller an offer. We had a contract in hand in a couple of days and the process was a smooth sailing after that.
