Emails, phone calls and even his own personal cell phone which made me feel absolutely comfortable with me choosing Rocket Mortgage. My only disappointment is throughout the process you deal with a different people I had up to 5 others. I thought I would deal with Sam only (whom by the way was there for me whenever I needed him). My loan was a done deal in one month. Now that's Quick :) highly recommend. Thank you Sam Read MoreRead Less

First class professional describes Matt as he took us through the refinancing of our mortgage. We were informed of progress as it moved along and alerted as to required actions on our part in a timely way. Matt's work made the process move forward quickly and without stress on us.

Zach told me, when I called for some help with a loan, that he was available to help 24/7 and he proved true to his word! He was available by cell when I needed some fast documents and was always able to do whatever I needed, usually while I was on the line. I will never get a mortgage from anyone other than Rocket Mortgage, and I will personally try to have Zach get the ball rolling for me.
