Robert was a true professional, very informative, friendly and accommodating. His guidance through this process was one of the best I've ever experienced. There were no surprises. Each step of the process and of the Rocket Mortgage website was so easy to understand and follow. KUDOS to Robert and the entire Rocket Mortgage team for superb support!!!

Isaac restored my faith in lenders to be professional, trustworthy, and respectful. Rocket Mortgage should be proud to have such an employee on their staff and I look forward to working with Isaac again.

Chris was great to work with, a total professional every step of the way! Constant communication making the process stress free! My client was a first time buyer, which can be a very stressful time. Tony made several comments on how Chris had explained everything with great detail, really making my job as his buyers agent much easier! Thank you Chris, we appreciate all your hard work!

My husband and I were very pleased with the way Alex Friel handled our loan. We applied completely over the phone, with Alex leading us through the whole process. He was very professional, patient, and kind, he also has a good sense of humor. We would definitely recommend him to anyone who would like to go through Rocket Mortgage.
