Nick was very professional with the process and he was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend him and the team at Rocket Mortgage to anyone searching for a mortgage. The whole process of our refi from start to finish went very smoothly.

My wife, Ann, did most of the negotiating with Jacob but she raved about him and even said she wanted to adopt him into our family. According to everything we have seen with Jacob, he is not only professional but an extremely caring individual. My wife said that most of all she felt he was totally trustworthy. We do appreciate all he did to inform and help us.

At an uncomfortable time in my life I had the pleasure of working with a comfortable gentleman. My husband retired and he handled all the bills. Well shame on me, with a background in accounting and auditing, I just ignored the finances and in August I discovered the huge debt we were in. After much prayer and review of credit companies, I dialed a number and talked to Tito. Tito represents your company with class. He is knowledgeable, friendly, informative. He guided me thru this process answering all of my questions. I will recommend Rocket Mortgage and Tito to anyone who needs assistance. Read MoreRead Less

Tom was a great resource during my home purchase. Being a first time buyer, the process can seem a bit daunting but Tom constantly exudes confidence and an overall calming demeanor. Being a first time buyer, the process can seem a bit daunting but Tom constantly exudes confidence and an overall calming demeanor. Never once from the moment we began talking about my home purchase and my loan did he ever give even a hint that there was ever any problem or difficulty with the loan. We all know that Mortgage Bankers solve problems all day that their clients aren't even aware of...if that was the case with me I would have been none the wiser. Every conversation with Tom was basically "Yep...100% full speed ahead...you are good to go get an offer accepted!". Coming from a seasoned professional like Tom, this gave me 100% confidence to just go out and find my house, and not even worry for a second about my financing.

It was great working with Nick and his team. The process proved to be beneficial and stress free with a great outcome at the end. We are very satisfied with the process and the treatment we received so we have referred others that have had trouble with their past mortgage companies. Thank you for your services and help.

Gary was great! He called me back right away, explained all the terms and answered my questions. He was very professional and he worked late on a Friday night to help get our documents started!
