I had a Mortgage with Wells Fargo and have been unhappy with them for sometime due to some of their shady practices. I applied for a VA refinance with cash out and had West DeWitt as my mortgage manager. I have to say that this was a very easy process that was fluid and effortless. I appreciate everything the Rocket Mortgage team did to expedite the process. Tom was very committed during the process. He could be reached at any time for a question or update. I highly recommend him. I have dealt with many mortgage people, and none even come close to him. We went from not even thinking about buying a house to approval letter to submit with our offer with 36 hours. I wouldn't use anyone else.
