We started working with another mortgage provider to get a refinance loan, and were totally unsatisfied with their process and procedures. Phone calls were not returned, and it was hard to get any response, even through email.
We called Rocket Mortgage, and were a little "gun shy" of another prolonged nightmare with no results. From start to finish, the process took just 22 days. All our questions were answered fully and quickly, and we were kept updated at every step of the way. Cass and the support team were always available, friendly, professional, and helpful.

Mack is a very professional and friendly loan officer(I think that's his title) Plus, he seems like a cool guy otherwise. Every time anything were to come up he had the answers. In fact, whenever my agent or someone else within Rocket Mortgage asked me for x document or y numbers, I would know to just check my email. This is because every question that I've had to answer for others has already been answered by Mack and sent to me. He's a ninja, basically. I've spent more time on calls with him than anyone else during this process because he's that good. I'm at the next stage of the process and have another representative, but Mack is still open to me calling him with any questions. Which I do. The first time I realized what excellent support I was receiving I told Mack that I owe him a beer. Billy not only answered my call he answered my prayers....I had refinanced with another bank and when I received the final documents they had not included the taxes ...I was irate and they said it was past the three days there was nothing they could do. I called Rocket Mortgage got Billy and he worked it out for me not only did I get a great rate ...my taxes AND insurance are now covered. THANK ...Billy not only answered my call he answered my prayers....I had refinanced with another bank and when I received the final documents they had not included the taxes ...I was irate and they said it was past the three days there was nothing they could do.
