The entire loan process with Rocket Mortgage was wonderful. Ryan was particularly great to work with. This is the 9th home I've purchased over the last 26 years. 1st time I've used Rocket Mortgage and they were the best. Every point of contact was friendly and helpful. It was so refreshing to work with a company again who understands excellent customer service and really seems to enjoy ...The entire loan process with Rocket Mortgage was wonderful. I had spoken to several loan officers including Rocket Mortgage and hadn't been able to find anyone who could help me. Then I was referred to Lee and in a day's time he found a loan that would save me about $250. per mo. I am so grateful and Lee was so nice and easy to work with! I really appreciate his help.
