I Donald Norvell having just went through a really bad experience with Loan Depot and their team of so called experts on home loans, 126 days of hell and they wanted to start the whole process over. they did not explain to me why however I wasn't going to spend anymore of my money to do what I already had spent on them .I was not going to even try to do this ever gain . MR. MR. Andrew Johnson talked to me for about 3 to 5 minutes and I became very relaxed. I felt as if this person could help me .I gave Andrew a little information and he said he was going to call me back in a short while. Suprise as I was when he called me back whitin one hour he had a working plain for me .keep in mind that I was after a VA. loan,I spent less money with Rocket Mortgage and less paper work with Rocket Mortgage , ANDREW JOHNSON and his team completed the whole process in 26 days ,compared to Loan Depot 126 days without any results.I will recommend ANDREW and HIS TEAM ANY TIME,all of them was really greate too work with . Brad was always quick to respond to questions and moved the process along from start to finish. I even made a last minute change just a few days before closing and it was not a problem at all. I would first like to say that my experience with Rocket Mortgage was outstanding but if not for Kyle Glenn who first contacted me after filling out the necessary forms online I would not be the extremely happy person I am today. I was in a rut with my present financial situation and Kyle actually reached out to me!
