I was wanting to refinance my home for a couple years now, but was afraid of the process. I figured I would get some info online. Then my phone rang - oh no - I thought. A big gulp and I answered it. I am so glad I did. Chad is awesome. He asked what I was looking to do, and the next thing I knew, he was making it happen. A few questions answered. A couple papers that I took a picture of and sent ...I was wanting to refinance my home for a couple years now, but was afraid of the process. I figured I would get some info online. Ashley is absolutely amazing! My husband and I were so happy that she was our loan person! We were sad when we decided to move to a different state than originally planned so she was unable to see us through to the end (at no fault of hers!) I would recommend her to ANYONE! love love love her! She made the process SO easy and treated my husband and I like people not just "customers"!

Dustin Geibig was attentive and helpful each step of my home buying process. I was nervous about how daunting and exhausting buying our first home could be but I had complete faith in Dustin's efforts. He was always just a simple phone call away and made sure everything was completed efficiently. The whole process felt so quick and easy. We really can't thank Dustin enough for all his help!

Adam was terrific to work with from day 1. He explained the process of getting a Reverse Mortgage and was always available for any questions or worries I might have. He was always gracious and pleasant. I would work with him again, and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a mortgage. Thank you so much Adam!!!

Tom was there every step of the way with my mortgage. I did a FSBO, from a family member, so I did not have a clean mortgage process and he was there to answer any, and every question and always left me feeling confident about my decisions. I obviously went with Rocket Mortgage because of the perks of being an employee, but I can honestly say Tom is in the right spot with his career. He gave me professional advice, that I was able to trust and take on during the process. I am now happily the owner of my very first home, and without Tom's assistance and professional guidance I don't think I would of gone through with it. Read MoreRead Less
