After dealing with two other large lenders that gave me a run around for months in regards to a refinance for a land contract conversion. I finally contacted Rocket Mortgage and was privileged to have Nate Pitts answer my specific questions to getting my refinance. He and Rocket Mortgage were the only lender that had the expertise and knowledge of what needed to be done.
