Isaac was awesome. He made the beginning of our journey a very pleasant one. He was very kind professional and informative making the whole process less confusing as I had thought it would be. I have already advised a friend to use Rocket Mortgage because of my experience thus far.

Very personable, professional and responsive. He answers the phone when called, and always gets back with information quickly. This is a dying art, but he has got it down!

Thomas is a cut above the norm. He goes above and beyond and I am actually returning for a second mortgage with him. He has done nothing but take care of my mortgage needs and look out for my best interest. Recommend him to any and all!
