Working with Bryan was fantastic. Bryan took all the time I needed to make sure everything was explained to me and he made sure I understood it. He worked with me to try and save some money off my mortgage. Although we didn't make this happen right now, he gave me the necessary tools and ideas I will need to get this done shortly. Another amazing experience by a truly awesome team at Rocket ...Working with Bryan was fantastic. It was a pleasure working with Clark. Very knowledgeable and very thorough. I liked the fact that when I needed help with a question he always returned my calls. This has been a great experience for me since I had never worked with Rocket Mortgage and I was a bit nervous. Og

I never knew that refinancing your home could be so simple. I think we owe a lot of that to Sammy. He was great to work with and very helpful to answer all of our questions. He really goes above and beyond to get the job done, even after business hours. Thank you so much Sammy for taking such great care of us! It was truly a pleasure to work with you.

Tracy kept me posted and up-to-date with the mortgage process as it progressed. She made suggestions and furnished advice when I asked for it. She made me feel very comfortable and she was easy to talk to. If I need a mortgage in the future, I will certainly ask for Tracy. She was outstanding!

Alex Makki was so thorough and conscientious throughout the loan process. He patiently answered all our questions, kept us informed of the progress of the loan and the necessary steps and information needed to close the loan. Outstanding communication and efficiency from start to finish. Alex made this the easiest and best refi we have had over the years, which this was our fifth!

Alex was so helpful & patient. He walked us through the entire online document process & didn't hesitate to answer all our questions & gave us peach of my mind. He walked us through the entire online document process & didn't hesitate to answer all our questions & gave us peach of my mind. It's hard to trust people these days, & we felt totally comfortable working with him. The last time we attempted to refinance a few years ago, the other company was not helpful at all & we ended up abandoning the process because there were too many unknowns & too many unanswered questions (and just a general "bad feeling"). They definitely didn't walk us through signing everything either. I highly recommend working with Alex. Thanks so much for guiding us through this process & being so helpful & up front!Read MoreRead Less
