We had a string of bad luck on on our end. Gordon stuck with us when others wouldn't have. He is the reason we followed through to the final signing

I called Rocket Mortgage in desperation to find the solution to our problems. Isaac took charge of the situation and worked closely with us and our realtor to find the proper mortgage plan and get us our home. He followed up with us on everything and eased our concerns about doing everything online. I never thought that I would get a mortgage over the phone, it turned out to be the best experiences that I have ever gone through. This was not our first home and it was a mess dealing with the bank on that mortgage as well. Isaac never glossed over charges and provided clear and reassuring answers to all of the questions we had. I felt that I gained not only a mortgage plan but a friend in the process. Thanks Isaac!!Read MoreRead Less
