I am happy to provide feedback on Mr. Chris Withorn. I found him to be respectful, knowledgeable and quick to handle questions and provide information. Always found him to be respectful and ready to help in any way possible. He is knowledgeable and a great representative of your business. He built trust which is important. A great person and great employee.

We were referred to Jill through a family friend after our previous Mortgage broker had dropped the ball on a few important items. We could not have been happier. She was beyond professional, diligent and detailed every step of the way. We have referred all of our friends to her.

I was extremely fortunate to work with Kory on my recent home purchase. I've bought a few homes over the years, and I've never had a smoother experience than the process with Kory and the rest of the folks with Rocket Mortgage. Kory was excellent at following up with me at scheduled intervals while I was still searching for a home, and he was always quick to get back in touch with me when I called with updates or questions. Kory also handled the hand off to the closing experts extremely well at the end of the process. Past experiences where this hand off was botched definitely made me appreciate how well it was handled in this instance.Read MoreRead Less

It has been sometime since we have worked with someone as professional and diligent as Gordon and his Rocket Mortgage team. Very prompt with his responses. We were kept informed at all times through out the process. Would highly recommend Rocket Mortgage for your refinance needs.
