My whole experience using Rocket Mortgage was really fantastic. The website interface is extremely user-friendly, permitting an "Information Age" solution for rapid and painless processing of the paperwork required to secure a mortgage loan. I've used "online banking" for everything else in my financial management routine, but for some reason had not considered online mortgage lending as a viable option. Now I'm completely sold on the concept web-based mortgage lending!
I think the key is to have an articulate mortgage banker on the other end of the process, and that's where Jacquie comes in. She seemlessly steered me through the process of how to get the best of both worlds ... the speed and convenience of the web-based mortgage process, with personalized phone conversations to help clarify issues and keep the process moving forward at a good clip. I'm amazed at how quickly things have moved forward. I love that I can go back to the secure Rocket Mortgage website and double-check items or remind myself of what's next. I can also pick up the phone and talk to a capable mortgage banker if I need. But I get to choose how much or how little I ask for help. Most of the paperwork is trivial and goes fast. But there are a few complex items, and the amount of financial commitment is large when buying a house. So having a capable banker like Jacquie available as needed to clarify the fine points creates confidence in the process.

Suzy was a shining star with my loan process. Truthfully, not everything went smoothly with Rocket Mortgage, but for every downturn or disappointment in the process, Suzy provided a turn around and always improved the process. We were very skepitcal of refinancing, until one day my fiance, decided to answer a questionnaire online with Rocket Mortgage, much to his supprise the phone rang, it was a real person on the other end of the phone, and his name was Cass Strzynski. Cass made us feel as if we were family from the beginning. There was no pressure at all to refinace ,but he wanted to do, what we wanted to do, and that ,was to see if we could drop our Percentage rate. The same day, same call Cass did what we didn't think could be done, and he did it within min of a brief conversation about lowering our percentage rate he cut our percentage rate more than half, and the rate was a fixed rate 2.75 at that time. We feel very fortunate to have found Cass, through Rocket Mortgage, and I hope that this message will help someone that might be thinking about refinancing to consider Rocket Mortgage and ask to Cass. Cass was with us all the way even to the end. He will be there even after financing ,for questions.

Having spent about 5 years originating mortgages in Pennsylvania, I am very conscientious about doing a re-fi mortgage. I was even skeptical about the commercials I saw on TV.
Fortunately, I worked with Cass, and he made the process as simple, and as fast as anyone could possibly expect.
If I had a question he could not readily answer, he was quick to tell me, and knew where and how to find the answer to my question. This was my first VA mortgage, and always found them a little more challenging, and slower to close.
I was taken great care of, and in a mere 21 days, My loan was closing.
