This is our third purchase/refinance we've done with Rocket Mortgage. Once again they made it so easy to complete the paperwork. Daniel was great and was more than happy to answer all questions we had. With the great rates and excellent customer service, i'm not sure why anyone would go anywhere else for a home loan or refi.

Jay and his team help us with the finance on our new home during relocation. It was the best customer service we ever experienced from a financial institution. They were responsive and calls and emails were returned in a timely manner. I will recommend him to anybody who want to finance a home.
