This was our first loan with Rocket Mortgage. We have had our mortgage with BOA and our checking and savings account with them for 20 years. We went to BOA to re-fi, and 5 months later, they were STILL asking for ridiculous paperwork, e.g. a copy of our HOA insurance policy?!
